None of the information below affects your statutory rights. We are a UK based company and all contracts for sale of goods entered into by It&ly Hair & Beauty Ltd on the website will be subject to the laws of England and Wales.

Prices
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of sale . Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of VAT. All products are subject to availability. Acceptance of your order and prices will be confirmed on receipt of your order.

Return, refund and cancellation policy

Unused products in their original packaging returned within 21 days will be refunded. Faulty goods that are within the manufacturers warranty will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. We do not accept used unwanted goods back for refund.

In the event that you decide to cancel your order before you receive your goods please advise us in writing. You have up to 21 days to withdraw from this contract. Details of how to contact us can be found on the Contact page of the website. In the event that you withdraw from this contract goods must be returned to us as described in the Refund Policy above. In the event that you do not receive your goods please contact us and we will track your delivery and advise when the goods can be re-delivered.

For scissors we offer a guarantee against manufacturer’s defects for 12 months. The guarantee covers the replacement of defective parts or workmanship at no charge to the owner of the product. The cutting edges of scissors may become dull over a period of time. The sharpening of scissors is not covered by the guarantee. To arrange sharpening, please see details of our sharpening service. The guarantee will be made void if the scissors are serviced by a third party, not properly maintained or stored, or if the product is used for any purpose other than that it was intended for. The guarantee does not cover against damage caused by dropping or from poor service from a third party. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Sharpening Service
We provide scissors servicing at a subsidized rate for all of the scissor brands we stock. The service involves returning the scissors to the manufacturer where the edges will be repaired as necessary and the scissors returned to their performance when new. The cost of servicing is £20.00 per pair plus VAT and is a condition of maintaining the warranty on your scissors 01691 779900

Delivery policy
Goods will be despatched on the day order (where the order is received before 12.00pm) for delivery by courier (or recorded post) for the next day. Orders received after 12.00pm will be despatched the following day on the same basis. Remember, there is FREE standard delivery to UK mainland for all orders over £40; orders under £40 will be subjected to a £5 courier delivery charge. All overseas orders will have shipping costs confirmed by email and approved by the customer prior to actual shipping.
