We use national couriers to deliver our products free of charge (carriage paid) for orders that are over £40.00 excluding Vat. For order under £40 our standard charge is £5.00.
We accept debit cards and credit cards from Visa and Mastercard.
We normally process orders and ship on the day that we receive them (Monday to Friday). Delivery can take up to 48 hours, but is normally next day when the order is placed before 2.00pm
Yes. Your payment is taken on a secure server with Barclaycard. We do not retain any information.
You will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order and a second email to advise that the order has been shipped. We aim to process, pack and ship orders on the day that we receive (for orders placed before 2.00pm) - Monday to Friday.
An invoice and delivery note will be supplied in the package with the goods.
In the event that you decide to cancel your order before you receive your goods please advise us in writing. You have up to 21 days to withdraw from this contract.

In the event that you withdraw from this contract goods must be returned to us as described in the Refund Policy detailed in our T&C's. In the event that you do not receive your goods please contact us and we will track your delivery and advise when the goods can be re-delivered.
